My Story
![]()
I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist and qualified Mindfulness Specialist. Combining my strong professional and research background with my clinical and consulting work, I have developed courses and trainings to support personal and professional development, as well as mental health.

My passion for the human mind and the complexity and beauty of our inner world began over 20 years ago. As a professional athlete — a national-league volleyball player in Italy — my life revolved around training and competing. This experience taught me the importance of aligning my inner world with the environment around me, a connection that enabled me to achieve peak performance and develop a strong sense of purpose, discipline, and emotional awareness. It also sparked a deep curiosity about the psychological factors that underpin resilience, focus, and wellbeing.
I studied psychology during these years, and after retiring from professional sport, I continued my academic journey in clinical psychology to explore these mind–body interactions more deeply.
In 2007, I moved to the UK. I qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist at Oxford University and as a Mindfulness Teacher at Bangor University in North Wales. I also developed a passion for Mindful Eating, which led me to train in both the US and Italy, eventually creating a professional course for like-minded practitioners.
Over the years, I have further enriched my clinical toolkit with training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Neurofeedback, supporting both elite sport athletes and businesses in achieving peak performance and individuals experiencing a wide range of presentations, including depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+-related experiences, and gut–brain interaction challenges.
These modalities allow me to work holistically and support clients in accessing deeper levels of self-regulation, clarity, and transformation. My aim is always to design and facilitate engaging sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs — translating complex subjects into practical, accessible tools that can be applied in everyday life.
Past delegates have praised my compassion, engagement, and commitment.
